My name is Miss Sara Berry and I am the Kindergarten teacher here at New England Baptist Academy. It is a blessing and an amazing opportunity to be part of this ministry. I also had the privilege to attend this school from my Kindergarten to 12th grade years. With my two sisters, I was raised up in a Christian home by my godly mother. When I was 9 years old I asked Christ to come into my heart and life, and to save me. My pastor was preaching a message on hell one Sunday morning, and I had an extreme fear that I was going to go there. I knew that I needed to do something about that; I told God that I wanted to be in heaven with Him someday and not in the awful place called hell. I asked Jesus Christ to save me from my sins; I believe that Jesus died and rose again to give me new life. At 13 years old, I came to a full assurance of my salvation at the WILDS camp in North Carolina. God has taught me that being in His Word daily and being in daily communication with Him is one of the most important things to do. Without God, we are nothing. Throughout my life, God has brought me through many different good times and hard times, but throughout them all, His strength has been made perfect in my weakness. My desire here at NEBA is to follow what God has called me to do and to teach the children to love and serve our great God.
Psalm 37:23 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.”
